If you are talking about a magic pill that will keep you young forever, no there is no proof that anything works. However, there is a great deal of evidence that CRON (Calorie Restricted Optimal Nutrition) will help keep you alive and well as long as possible. Anything that creates free radicals in your body will accelerate aging. Excessive eating causes a large increase in free radicals. By limiting your caloric intake and at the same time consuming necessary nutrients, you can reduce free radical production which is highly likely to allow you live longer and healthier.
