Hi there Dr. Sinclair, I was wondering what is the best treament for large pores and scarred pores?

Dear Dave,

I have seen some very good results treating enlarged pores with using a combination of the Palomar Lux 1440 and our Step 1 and 2 cleansers. Even better results can be obtained by adding a topical Vitamin C product such as our Step 3 Max or Step 3 Ultra Sheer Gel. For even better results, apply the cleansers with the Clarisonic Skin Care Brush.
