Can I be treated with Sculptra rather than Botox to fix the crease between my eyebrows?

Posted January 14, 2008 under Sculptra® - No comments

Sculptra and Botox are completely different. Sculptra works by slowly making your skin thicker. Botox works by relaxing the muscles underneath the wrinkles. If you were to have Sculptra injected into the area between your eyebrows without using Botox first, the persistent motion might cause the Sculptra to thicken the skin on both sides of the wrinkle which might make it worse! It would be possible to use Botox to first relax the muscles and then add Sculptra later.
