How do I know if I need Sclerotherapy vs Laser treatment to get rid of my spider veins?

Very tiny spider veins (less than 1 mm in diameter) need to be treated with a Laser because they are too small to be injected. Spider veins that are between 1 mm and 4 mm can be treated by either method, but sclerotherapy is usually more effective on the larger spider veins.
