What do think of using diet pills to lose weight?

I am thinking of having Juvederm injected into my smile lines to smooth out the folds. I am a first timer with fillers and I am worried about the possibility of bumps and the filler becoming hard or moving to a different area after it is injected. Can that be corrected if it happens?
