Dr. Sinclair,
I wondered what you thought about the Selphyl system that utilizes the patients own blood to use as a filler?

YAG Laser Treatment
Q. I am afraid of needles. Can I get YAG Laser Treatment for spider veins?
Q. I am afraid of needles. Can I get YAG Laser Treatment for spider veins?
Our YAG Laser can be used to treat spider veins that are less than 3-4 mm in size. Although you can have YAG Laser treatment of spider veins up to 3-4 mm in size, we recommend sclerotherapy first for the veins that are between 1 mm and 4 mm in size. YAG Laser treatment of larger spider veins is more uncomfortable and takes longer to resolve compared to treatment with sclerotherapy.
