Perlane®

Wellington, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee

Perlane® is an injectable cosmetic dermal filler that has been used to soften wrinkles and facial folds of patients across the world. Perlane® is also used to enhance the size and shape of lips, correct facial depressions and to treat facial scarring.

Perlane® is made from non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid (NASHA) gel. This means that Perlane® contains no animal products. Since hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in all people, there is no need for a skin test when using Perlane®.

Injections of Perlane® will combine with the hyaluronic acid that is already in the skin. Perlane® is biodegradable so its effects are not permanent. The results of a Perlane® filler treatment tend to last for six to twelve months.

Combination Results
Perlane® can be used in conjunction with BOTOX® and other dermal fillers. Perlane® treatments are frequently combined with IPL and laser treatments to provide even more facial rejuvenation.

Perlane® can be used to improve the contour of facial skin and to reduce wrinkles, folds, scars, and other facial skin depressions. Common uses for Perlane® include:

- Wrinkle correction
- Diminishing worry lines, smile lines, crow's feet, marionette lines at corners of the mouth, & smoker's lines
- Lip enhancement
- Reducing the severity of nasolabial folds
- Chin augmentation
- Filling cheek depressions
- Redefining lip border
- Softening acne scars
- Filling hollows under the eyes
- Creating a temporary eyebrow lift
- Correcting facial depressions caused by fat loss
- Softening the appearance of jowls

Perlane® is very similar to Restylane®. Perlane® contains a larger concentration of the same hyaluronic acid that is found in other dermal fillers. Because of this higher concentration of hyaluronic acid, Perlane® is usually used for larger folds and deeper wrinkles.

Epilution Makes Perlane® Painless!
If you have ever had Perlane® (or any other dermal filler) injected into your face, you probably remember that it hurt. Doctors have tried using multiple techniques to reduce the discomfort including dental blocks, local anesthetic injections, topical anesthetics, topical ice and others. All of these techniques have significant drawbacks. We have developed a technique which does not require any of the above techniques and DRAMATICALLY reduces the discomfort. Let us show you that you can have the results you want without the pain. You will be amazed with your treatment with Perlane!
